Johnson Software Design can design any type of website, including corporate presence, shops with e-commerce through to complex sites with private areas that interact with each individual user.
Typically a website will include some kind of content management so the site owner can update commonly changing information such as news, links, etc.
This can be extended to include more advanced features, such as an estate agent recording properties for sale, or a retail business entering product information, and then the user interacting with these, such as "Add to Shortlist" or "Contact Seller" etc.

Things that need to be considered:-
- Graphic Design
- Site Map, i.e. the pages in the site
- Navigation menus, i.e. how to get to the pages and what these links will look like
- Domain Name(s) for the site
- Where the site is to be hosted. We can offer hosting on our own server if required
- Is there an existing website? If so not all of the above steps may need considering as it is usually possible to change one only

Our starter pack would normally include three possibilities of graphic design, together with three examples of navigation menu, and you would choose one to allow us to develop that into the completed site.

It is possible for us to add pages at any time (or yourself in some cases through the content management), so the site can be easily extended in the future.

If you don't have your domains already, we recommend that you buy your domains through 123-reg, and then you can update your 123-reg control panel settings to point your domain at our server. The service
from 123-reg is free as you don't need to buy hosting from them.

- When ordering a site from a supplier, please always check who the copyright of the new site belongs to and if the supplier how much it will cost to buy the copyright. Unfortunately we win a lot of work from customers who have had a bad experience in this respect, because if the supplier owns the copyright,
they own the site and can charge what they like for amendments.
- Wondering why our competitors can produce a site for next to nothing? You get what you pay for unfortunately. We pledge not to sub-contract any work out to other countries, which we firmly believe
