GBB UK Case Study
GBB were one of our first customers in 1988/89. When we first met we replaced typewriters with a multi user computer system, with custom made software that streamlined admin functions, which freed up the fee earners and allowed the same four admin staff to process double the turnover
which increased from £100k p.a. to £200k p.a. without increasing the admin staff, who had an easier time due to the useful time saving features in the first admin system.
GBB have grown from 6 staff in 1988 to over 30 in recent years.
More recently we produced the back office case management system FCI, which is the fourth system and which has been in use at GBB for over five years.
We have recently provided map pages on GBB’s intranet system which extract upcoming appointments and with status information from FCI and present this visually, which helps GBB to continue to provide excellent service to its customers.
