Our Service Level Agreement

To summarise:-

  • Four hour acknowledgment
  • Customer categorises each call A, B, or C
  • We answer the query within the allocated timespan for the call category
  • If we miss the deadline by for example one day, we give an additional one day's time to the customer for free to use as they wish
  • Computerised recording and logging system
  • Available as part of our software support services
